Collection: FAQ's

What is a screen Print?

Screen printed transfers are screen-prints onto release paper, with the inks subsequently transferred onto the destination textile, plastic, or non-woven fabric when hot. The application of the transfer is carried out with a heat-press which maintains the correct temperature for the transfer.

Not applying correctly?

It is highly recommended that you use a commercial grade heat press for our transfers.

Commercial Heat Press Instructions:

  • 325 degrees for 7 seconds
  • HEAVY EVEN PRESSURE
  • No teflon sheets, butcher paper, or any covers
  • Hot Peel, immediately peel the transfers when heat is removed

Cricut Heat Press:

  • 350 degrees for 30 seconds
  • HEAVY EVEN PRESSURE (use body weight)
  • No teflon sheets, butcher paper, or any covers
  • Hot Peel, immediately peel the transfer when heat is removed

The Cricut Easy Press isn't designed to apply the exact same pressure evenly over the transfer in the way that commercial grade heat presses do. Please know that if you choose to use the Cricut Easy Press (or similar) you do run the risk of not having a quality finished product.

Do not use a HOME IRON!

Can transfers go on dark garments and 100% cotton?

YES! Absolutely! These can go on any fabric including 100% cotton.

Can you use our mock-ups?

As long as you buy the transfer you can use our Mock-ups. Please note that the colors and sizes may differ!
